Personal Advisers

Personal Advisers  (known as PA's) are funded through the Connexions service. Connexions is a national service that provides staff and information to support young people with their careers decisions but also helps with a range of other issues like health, money and housing. 

If you want information, advice and guidance to help you plan your future then speak to your Personal Adviser (PA) in your school, college, local community or at your local Connexions centre. 

A PA can help you:

  • Plan your future and look at how you can achieve your goals and plan your next steps
  • Develop as a person through activities like sport or volunteering (see Getting Involved section)
  • Make the most of your abilities and overcome any difficulties, issues concerns you may have such as about money or health.

  • Ask in your school when your PA is available
